		<description><![CDATA[Every now and then I find myself on google searching how to use special characters like &#8216;&#038;laquo&#8217;, &#8216;&#038;raquo&#8217; etc. even though I&#8217;ve used is so many times before.

So I decided do make a note of it here for future reference.

To include special characters in XSL / XSLT enclose the characters in a CDATA elements for [...]]]></description>
